Jorge is founder and CEO of K3 Green Tech Company. A serial entrepreneur, Jorge has founded more than 30 business projects in a wide range of industries. He excels at setting the corporate vision and strategic direction, leading operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, expanding the market and cultivating a culture of excellence.

Co-Founder

Cirio founded K3 Company in Brazil, launching the IGA Smart Solar solution for energy-efficient trucks and fleet vehicles. His dream was to bring sustainable energy solutions to the North American trucking market, tailoring technology that market’s needs. He also cofounded and is a partner in K3 Green Tech Company. Cirio has 30 years of experience in technology and development, including as director of new technologies and CEO at KTM Industries, which manufactures appliances, electrical and electronics devices.

Co-Founder

Djulion is a cofounder and CTO of K3 Green Tech Company and also CEO of Baita Tecnologia, which develops security and anti-theft technology for trucks.

 

Joseline Kolberg
Co-Founder

Joseline is director of marketing and the chief communications officer for K3 Company in Brazil, KTM Industries, and is a cofounder of K3 Green Tech Company.

Damon Kolberg
Co-Founder

Damon is a cofounder and helped open K3 Green Tech Company’s Canada office. He still consults with K3. He holds a law degree and currently works with Baita Technology, providing logistics and legal support for the company’s truck anti-theft security technology.
